Ground sleeve shall be constructed of 5”x 5” x 3/16” wall structural steel tubing designed to receive a 4” square post. Sleeve shall allow for 36” bury below concrete level. Vertical post shall be secured inside sleeve by means of two set bolts on each of the four sides of the sleeve. Sleeve shall be powder coated black
